  • swedish techniques

  • tui na anmo (a form of Chinese manual therapy often used with acupuncture)

How can A Remedial Massage help?

Many people are aware and have experienced that remedial massages can relax muscles and relieve tension in the body. Remedial massage will help to:

  • Improve circulation

  • Improve lymphatic drainage and swelling.

  • Assist with the healing of soft-tissue injuries

  • Reduce muscular tension and improve mobility

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

Our therapists will use massage as part of your treatment to achieve optimal recovery.

You can have remedial massage even if you do not have a specific injury - just to relax your body or relieve any tension that has built up from your day to day activity.
